The Institute for Childhood Preparedness served as the primary contractor to the Region II Head Start Association. As part of this work, I received technical data from early childhood professionals interviewed in Puerto Rico and the USVI after Hurricanes Irma and Maria. I created copy for infographics from the technical data supplied.
